I ran up Little White Mountain as far as I could before I hit the snow line! It kicked ass! Peeing your name in the snow in June is pretty awesome. On the way I saw a Hawk attack, kill and claw the head off of a rabbit. Pretty awesome stuff!
Once I left the KVR trail and headed up the Telegraph trail up Little White the trail basically turned into a run off river. So my run up consisted of jumping from rock to rock through a river. Pretty neat stuff. The run down was intense. Soaking wet by the end of it. I am nature and she is I and we are one. I think I'll start to taper for the 50 miler coming up soon, but I got Wednesday and Thursday off so I'm sure I'll do at least one more 5 hour run before I get around to tapering. It's so easy to procrastinate a proper off day.
Keep on Running.

That's quite an eventful run. Makes my routes through suburbia look and sound pretty lame. Although I did have an owl watching me for part of my last nightime run, which was pretty cool (and pretty intimidating - those guys are BIG).
