Haven't been running much, just taking it easy. I'm taking a bit of an 'off-season' to let the body recover.
Here's a couple vids.
First one is running in Myra-Bellevue Park in Kelowna. Coming down the Lookout Trail. I had strapped my camera on my chest under the straps of my pack. It stayed there, but a bit shaky picture from my chest moving slightly side to side as I run. And I didn't get some footage that I thought I got.
This next one is just a short video of pictures, plus a short vid clip from on top of a peak. Took the video at Big White ski resort.
