I was sick for a few days near the beginning of the month. I tried to get better by just not running, but even had to take a day off work. Ran for just 3 days that week, and one of those days was only 4 km run. So didn't hit 400 km, which was my random goal. Only got in 41.13 hours exercise this month, compared to 48.58 hours in January, which isn't as much as I'd wanted, but 3 days less in February and being sick for a few days still fells ok.
This weekend coming up is my longest planned weekend of running, four weeks out from my race. It should be a gooder, I'm hoping that I feel good after the weekend of running. I already feel like I am physically ready to race 100 miles, I just want a good tough weekend to mentally reassure myself.
