Wednesday: 45 min, 9.51 km, 273 metre elev gain, hartman rd (2x) and back
Thursday: 31 min, 7 km, treadmill, then rowing and elyptical, and some weights and wind sprints at gym
Friday: 1 hr 22 min, 16.53 km, 370 metre elev gain, hilly loop on the roads around home
Saturday: 2 hrs 58 min, 32,62 km, 417 metre elev gain, loop around the city mid snow storm
Sunday: off
Totals: 6 hrs 23 min, 73.34 km, 1610 metre elev gain.
Last week of running with my own plans, starting tomorow I'm on a plan made by someone else. Stoked!
