Ran 68.2 km in 8 hrs 26 minutes with 2600 metre elev gain. Only ran four days, felt sick one day so I didn't run that day. My long run was nice exploring tonnes of local areas. And sunday a friend showed me more trails and more shortcuts to connect other trails and such. Ran into a cattle farmer as we were running on his property, chatted with him, and he was okay about us running there, so that was cool. Lesson learned; barbwire fences are meant to be climbed over and no trespassing signs are just there to cover legalities.

Long run was four hours.
Dec 3 - Dec 9
Ran 81.8 km in 9 hrs 25 minutes with 2913 metre elev gain. Ran five days, monday was a rest day, tuesday I ran 7 km with 90 minutes of basketball sandwiched in the middle, my rest day on friday was actually 90 minutes of ice hockey late at night which made my 5.25 hour run sunday a little harder. Saturday I couldn't find the park I was looking for, drove 30 km on some snow covered dirt road. Ended up just parking at the highway and ran 18 km up a snow covered forestry road to a beautiful summit. Total exercise time was 12.5 hours. Tired.
