Whatev?

The last two weeks I've run right around 13 hours each week. These are the longest training weeks I've ever done in terms of time on my feet running. Also, this week in my runs I amassed 3,578 metre elev gain (11,739 feet). This is the most elevation gain in a training week ever for me. Yeah I feel tired by the end of the week, and definitely won't have trouble getting to sleep, but I feel like by tuesday last week I felt recovered to go again, as though I've worked into the times appropriately.
