I only ran on monday and thursday; total about 18 km of trails.
And also walked 5 times, and short bike ride 5 times (30 mins each time while dogwalking).
Accidentally had a rather easy post race recovery week. I'm not sure how well the working 6 days/58 hours works into a recovery week though.
Didn't today (monday) and will be bacm into a regular schedule now. And I bought a cheap mountain bike so I can add more variety into the exercise if I want.
