Monday: easy 6.6 km road bike; followed by 15 minutes of weights
tuesday: -
wednesday: 16.1 km road bike; followed by 5 minutes of weights
thursday: trail run, 14.3 km with 431 metre elev gain. First run in 14 days. My toes that are missing toenails felt so bad after, and in the two weeks since my run I had lost most of the callouses on my feet, really felt so awkward.
friday: 17.1 km road bike
saturday: -
sunday: 21.1 km trail race. Ran in the dirty feet race at kenna cartwright park. Good race, I'd yet to do a run in the dirty feet series, and it was good. Well marked trails, enough aid stations, good food after, draw prizes, good people.
My legs are still feeling a little dead, I pushed a little hard at the beginning of the race, and didn't have anything left in the end and my legs felt like lead. But in general I'm finally feeling recovered from fat dog enough to exercise five days a week.
Start a ne job on the first, moving before then. October will be erratic in terms of lifestyle/exercise. Hopefully by november I have a rythm set up.
