I only ran once on Sat/Sun, although I played hockey and ran on Friday night. I was rather tired come Sunday.
I've failed at waking up to exercise both Monday and Tuesday this week. I think the fault mostly lies in that I'm not going to bed early enough to get up early and have slept while.
I still haven't made up my training log excel spreadsheet for the year, that might be awhile as i feel I need to update last years first. I fell off the wagon the last quarter of the year, I really had a difficult time getting motivated to run after I DNF'd at Lost Soul in September. My goal for December was to tray and get back into the habit of running, On my strava I recorded 22 days with exercise, not as much as I would hope, but way more than my 3 days of exercise in November. So progress.
