2016: Day 7

I planned on running in the morning before work, I was even nicely awake at the appropriate time. But then I went back to sleep. This isn't going well at all. I guess I'll try again next week, because tomorrow isn't happening as I already have to start work an hour early to leave for hockey early.

I ran 9.5 km last night, still snow to run in. No exercise today, I got home just tired from work. I've had to actually move at work this week, no sitting on my ass at my desk all day. Hockey Friday and Sunday, and I'll run twice on the weekend as well. I'm ok with that.

Super stoked to be planning on crewing and/or pacing for a friend at a long race in the summer again.
