2016: Day 5

I intended on getting up early to run before work, but when the clock went off and it was dark out I preferred the warm bed to the freezing cold outside. I managed to do some squats and pushups though, babysteps. The goal of trying to do some sort of exercise in the morning is a think it will help my metabolism go faster, and that's a good thing I think.

I ran 13.3 km on snowy sidewalks at night in 70 minutes. My right ankle area is hurting less. Still haven't decided why it got hurt, whether it was from hockey or from running.

More snow shovelling, yeah cross training!
