This weekend I was down in Vancouver, so after I was done what I went for I ended up camping in Golden Ears Provincial Park. Saturday I was there at night, so I didn't go too far up the trail I found that was rather bouldery, but it was a nice run. And Sunday I got a short run in with a friend in the same park. Originally I thought I wasn't able to get any running in this weekend, but ended up exploring, so that was better than nothing. The park was nice, but didn't really feel like somewhere I would go out of my way to run again.
Maybe awful to feel this way, but I'm not sure if I really think the scenery of the Lower Mainland terrain is as pretty as everyone seems to gush about. I guess I just like the scenery of where I grew up better.
I camped in m Van again; forgot to take out my dirty running clothes when I got home Sunday, so when I left for work monday my car stank so bad. So dirty.
